Gary Kelly and Southwest Make Zero Changes

Well, unfortunately Gary Kelly and his peeps at LUV haven’t done a darn thing since I wrote about Gary’s LinkedIn Profile sucking.

It’s good because when I speak at conferences I can still use Gary Kelly’s Profile as an example of a culture and brand being 100% different than the LinkedIn Profile… it is a perfect bad example.

Come on guys – it will seriously take just a few minutes – I even gave my recommendations on how to fix it on that last post seven months ago!
