LinkedIn hid the link to export your Contacts. It is not very intuitive to get to, but it is only a few clicks away.
First, mouse over Network and click on Contacts.
Then, click on the Settings icon/link, which is on the far-right of the page, just below the main menu area.

LinkedIn Contacts is one of the coolest things LinkedIn has released. They should have done it years ago. They really should have just acquired JibberJobber years ago, but oh well :)
