Another Way to See Full Names on LinkedIn: Recommendations
September 20th, 2012 | by Jason Alba |The last three posts have been about getting around the LinkedIn Premium upgrade to see stuff (like a person’s last name).
Here’s another one, and one of my favorites.
Today I got an invitation to connect from someone who is a second degree contact. For some reason I only see the initial of their last name.
Frustrating and lame, I think.
I scroll down and see the Recommendations…. and people have put the person’s FULL NAME in the Recommendations.
This is key because LinkedIn is not changing any text of the Recommendation, so as long as other people put the full name, I can see what it is.
Cool, huh?

Great tip, Jason, never thought of that way to view full name.
