I am on a handful of Groups where my Discussion comments are moderated.
In general, I think it is ridiculous.
I want to see my comments fast, and I want to have the conversation build fast. If you have a bottleneck in comments getting posted (at the whim of the mood of ...

Okay, I'm not a fan of the new Profile design, BUT this part is cool. I just went to a First Degree contact and clicked on Contact Info, thinking I was only going to get their websites (which is the only thing I've seen so far, until today)... and check ...

I got a message through LinkedIn from Marie-Claude on LinkedIn. I replied back to the email, which didn't work.
One of my biggest online pet-peeves is when I HAVE TO log into the system to respond. I hate that. It is very disrespectful to users.
Okay, fine.

Sorry LinkedIn.
Here's one of my major beefs... in the last week, as I've been prospecting people, I have to click on the ...

Last week I was at a seminar put on by a headhunter. It was a pretty good learning experience.
At one point someone in the audience said he was in the security industry (not sure what ...

From a TechCrunch post reporting on earnings (I think):
The company’s growth numbers seem to back that up. LinkedIn added 13 million new members in the past quarter, bringing the total to 174 million members. It’s also seeing an average of 106 million unique visitors each month.
So, officially 174 "members."
I think ...

Check out this list of problems LinkedIn has... posted on Recruiting Blogs: LinkedIn: a List of Challenges.
The first (and right now the only) comment, by Jennifer, suggests that some of the challenges are really user issues. I agree with that, although it's no secret that plenty of people have issues ...

I thought I had blogged about this before, but I got an email from someone and I couldn't find a blog post to point them to. John West Hadley, a Career Search Counselor based in the NYC/NJ area, asks:
You made mention recently of not including a LinkedIn link in your ...
