There is a little buzz about LinkedIn InMaps... it shows you your network graphically.
It's supposed to be pretty cool. You can read about it, and see an image, here.
I went to try it and this is what my InMap looks like:

I get almost-canned invitations regularly that say:
I use LinkedIn to keep track of my professional network, and would like to add you.
I hate this, for two reasons.
First, no one uses LinkedIn to "keep track of their professional network," just by adding someone.

LinkedIn announced they would allow you to open a group so that people could see your contributions just by searching on Google (or any search engine).
