Here’s another reason why I don’t support using LinkedIn as your CRM. Signal was something they loved, and I think it could have been really useful (like a Google Alerts in LinkedIn? COOL!). Look what they did to it (image below).
What if LinkedIn one day decides they aren’t going NO LONGER SUPPORT IT!?!?! Imagine putting in a lot of private and personal CRM data (log entries, etc.) and then have it… go away.
Use it at your own risk. Otherwise, pick a CRM that is JUST a CRM, and not originated as a social network (which has different goals, purposes, etc.)
