		<description>It is, there is a learning curve yet once you get the hang of it the drill down is helpful... the ability to do restricted global searches in Location/Country is great. Most of the bugs from even a few weeks ago are fixed.</description>

		<description>Good point Fred... haven&#039;t played with it but from what I have read it just seems like logical search functionality to drill down even deeper than what you got to in the first search... what do you think?</description>

		<description>Agree with the Answers and Companies, People as well - I keep looking for them. For Advanced People Search it is now to the Right of the box for most drop-downs.

Did you note the major changes to search as well - Filter By on the Left side? I&#039;m guessing from a couple emails I have that various people have these different Beta refinments, and the Opt In may not be there for all?</description>
