Most of the bugs from even a few weeks ago are fixed. For Advanced People Search it is now to the Right of the box for most drop-downs. Did you note the major changes to search as well - Filter By on the Left side? I'm guessing from a couple emails I have that various people have these different Beta refinments, and the Opt In may not be there for all?
