		<description>@Greg, that&#039;s because they own the platform and the data, and understand that is a significant competitive advantage they don&#039;t want to give up.

Unfortunately they don&#039;t care if individual users want to export data - that is even against the rules for each user.  It&#039;s not about the user at that point.

Good luck getting someone on the phone.</description>

		<description>We would pay money to Linked In if they would let us import data that we export from Linked in - into our CRM.  I have tried to get someone on the phone at Linked In and it is a challenge to say tyhe least.  Only email with them and no phonme # to call.  very strange!</description>

I see you work for a CRM company so we are probably up against the same challenge...</description>

The only thing I found on my export that you had listed as blank was &quot;E-mail Address&quot;. Thus I have only 5 columns in the Outlook CSV export file from LinkedIn with any data.</description>
