		<description>I&#039;m really glad to see this setting.  As someone who thinks about discrimination but won the visual privilege lottery, I was really torn about posting a picture on a site so closely tied to my resume, no matter how many advice columns exhorted me to do it.

If you work in Human Resources or hiring in any capacity, use this setting.  Tell your peers, tell your coworkers.  It&#039;s the only ethical way to interact with a site that pushes pictures so heavily and then asks you to research your job candidates there.</description>
