You can't "make sure," but you can hope or request. I just got a request to rewrite a recommendation, and while I had the opportunity to redefine job titles of me and the recipient, I couldn't designate our relationship (service provider). Darn. So let me rephrase ... instead of "make sure they choose service provider," ask them to choose service provider. Yeah, good point Jim. You can’t “make sure,” but you can hope or request.
